Overview
This comprehensive course, developed for CCE Ministries, Pastors, ministry leaders, church elders, and the Covenant Ambassadors Academy, integrates biblical principles of leadership with the compassionate practices of spiritual care and counseling. Recognizing the holistic needs of individuals and communities, participants will be equipped to lead with integrity, provide empathetic spiritual support, and offer biblically-grounded counsel. The curriculum blends theological insights on servant leadership, the role of the Holy Spirit in care, and foundational counseling skills. With a global perspective, the course addresses contemporary challenges in leadership and mental well-being, preparing God-fearing global leaders to nurture spiritual growth and offer healing in all spheres of life.
